WHERE AND HOW DO YOU DELIVER?

Australia & New Zealand

We deliver our products with the help or our partners. We use UPS and DHL service for most of our orders. Only if your order is very small and you are not in a hurry we use regular Post to help you save on delivery charges.

 

WHAT IT COSTS?

Delivery charges will depend on 2 things: the size of your order and the speed of delivery you need. You will be given the options to choose from once you have your shopping bag finalized and you have filled in your delivery address. You could find all details in the table below:

DO YOU MEET YOUR DELIVERY TIMESCALES?

Stock permitting, all orders are usually dispatched in 1 - 3  working days after receiving the payment. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will produce it in 3 - 5 days and dispatch it as soon as it is produced.

 

CAN I TRACK DELIVERY STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You will be able to track your order delivery status if you have chosen any EXPRESS delivery option serviced by UPS or FedEx and received their tracking number. This tracking number is a clickable link, taking you directly to the UPS or FedEx website, where you can view the progress of your parcel as it moves towards your delivery address. It will also explain if there are any difficulties in getting your delivery to you.
