We've aimed to make this process as easy as possible, just follow the steps below and your desired items will be on their way to you in no time.
- Find an item you want to buy.
- Choose a colour from the colour selection grid (applicable for clothes only) on the right hand side of the product page.
- Click on the desired size in the product size and selection grid.
- Add the quantity of product you would like to buy in the quantity window. Then click Add to Shopping Bag to add the item to your Shopping bag.
- Once you've finished shopping, click the Checkout button, which you could find on each product page or in the Shopping Bag at the top right corner of each page.
- Once you have reached the checkout screen, if you have a coupon code, enter it in the box bellow your shopping bag summary on the left and click Apply to Order. Otherwise, click the Checkout button.
- Enter your email address to to use Checkout as a guest or if you are an existing LinenMe customer, please enter your username and password and return to Checkout. Registering makes it easier to place orders in the future. The online instructions make the registration process easy. You have the option to continue without registering, but you will still need to input your personal details.
- If you're a new LinenMe customer, you'll need to enter your delivery and billing details. If your billing address is the same as delivery one just tick on the box to indicate that.
- Once you entered your delivery address details you will be given couple of delivery options. Mark radio button next to delivery option, which based on speed of delivery and costs fits your needs and click Calculate shipping costs.
- If you want us to know anything about your order please add your comments in the Order comments box and click Review order. If everything is correct after reviewing press Submit order button to proceed to Paypal payment gateway to make payment. Your order will be confirmed only when we receive your payment for the order by one of the ways described below.
LinenMe uses Paypal to accept payments from both: Paypal accounts and credit or debit cards. Paypal is global leader in online payments with 130 million active accounts worldwide, so your payments transferred to [email protected] will reach us fast and safe.
- Once you’ve been prompted to Paypal payment gateway and you have PayPal account then simply login with your account details and make a payment.
- If you don’t have PayPal account you can pay by your credit or debit card. Simply click on Create Paypal account and pay with your debit or credit card link below and follow PayPal instructions to process the card payment. Your credit card information is strictly confidential - LinenMe will not have access to this information.
- You can also pay us over the phone with your credit or debit card. We use Paypal Virtual Terminal to process those payments, so it's 100% secure.
Once your payment processed you will get confirmation e-mail about received payment as well as estimated shipment and delivery dates of your order.

If you're shopping on an Australian website and wish to use American Express, please select PayPal, then enter your email and credit card details. Please note that you do not need to have an existing PayPal account to complete the transaction. Simply enter your email address, and PayPal will open a new window where you can enter your card details. DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
No. If it is the first time you have placed an order with us there is no need to create your account if you are in a hurry. We’ll just need you to provide us with your email address and delivery address to place an order as a guest. Detailed instructions on order placing process in HOW I MAKE AN ORDER section above.
When you get time it is well worth setting up an account so that you can track your orders.

You can make an overseas order on our website. If you live in USA or Canada make sure you choose US site by choosing US flag on top menu. If you live in Europe you can choose sites in English (currency GBP), German (EUR), French (EUR), Danish (DKK) languages by choosing respective flags from the top menu. If you live in any other country not mentioned above we suggest you use English (currency GBP) site to place your order. Please help us and our delivery company by taking extra care with the address details.
Please note if your credit card is in any other currency, the rate of exchange will be that of your card issuer and you may be charged an international fee by them. Delivery is charged at cost and is generally calculated by the weight of the parcel.
If your order is to be delivered outside the European Union, it may attract import duty and local sales taxes, which customers will need to pay on receipt of the shipment. These rules vary by country and your local government determines duty and customs charges.
You can check your order status by logging into your account. If that doesn’t help please contact our Customer Service team. Make sure you provide your order number when making an enquiry.
We hope that you will enjoy LinenMe products, but if you are not entirely happy with items that you received, we will offer you exchange, gift voucher or a refund. Our return policy was designed to make this process simple and smooth. If you decided to return the items, you purchased, within 28 days of receipt simply contact our Customer Service at [email protected] and we'll agree on exchange or refund.
All items must be returned within 28 days of receipt in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused and unwashed and, if possible, in the original packaging. If the goods are damaged, faulty on arrival or we sent you incorrect order please contact us within 48 hours and we will arrange replacement of the goods or issue refund (we will also refund your initial postage and packing charges).
LinenMe reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange on items deemed not to be resalable. This does not affect your statutory rights in connection with faulty items. We cannot accept any returns on bespoke orders such as monogramming, custom size products and fabrics. Please follow care instructions on the product label with your purchase. We cannot accept an item returned as faulty if the appropriate product care instructions have not been followed and the damage caused to the product is clearly due to wear and tear or misuse.
Aside from this, we are not responsible for return postage costs other than for incorrect, mis-described or faulty items, which can be returned free of charge. Please note, all delivery charges incurred on returns made due to the reason not described above or for exchanges, will be your responsibility. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for parcels that fail to reach us, so please make sure you obtain a certificate of posting as proof of purchase. Items must be returned to us by "Recorded Delivery" so they can be signed for. Please note that we will cover postage costs only in case you return us the product because of quality issues. If you decided to return items within 28 days of receipt, we reimburse you the cost of the goods using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.

We deliver our products with the help or our partners. We use UPS, DHL or FedEx service for most of our orders. Only if your order is very small and you are not in a hurry we use regular Post to help you save on delivery charges.
Delivery charges will depend on 3 things: the country of delivery address, the weight of your order and the speed of delivery you need. DO YOU MEET YOUR DELIVERY TIMESCALES?
Stock permitting, all orders are usually dispatched in 1 - 3 working days after receiving the payment. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will produce it in 3 - 5 days and dispatch it as soon as it is produced.
We do try our best to meet the delivery timescales that we quote, but occasionally a parcel can be late due to reasons that are out of our control.
CAN I TRACK DELIVERY STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You will be able to track your order delivery status if you have chosen any EXPRESS delivery option serviced by DHL, UPS, FedEx and received their tracking number. This tracking number is a clickable link, taking you directly to the DHL, UPS or FedEx website, where you can view the progress of your parcel as it moves towards your delivery address. It will also explain if there are any difficulties in getting your delivery to you.

How to measure yourself to choose the right garment size?
All measurements in the sizes table above are of your body (not readymade clothes). In order to choose a garment that will fit you, you have to measure your body and then select appropriate size from sizes table. For this, you will need a measuring tape and a string.
First of all – all measurements are best taken when you wear underwear only. So, get ready!
- Bust/Chest—Put the measuring tape under your arms and measure around the bust line at the fullest part. Be sure the tape is even at the back.
- Waist—Measure around your natural waistline. This is the narrowest part of your torso, usually near your belly button. For best result, take the string of any knitting or similar wool and put it around your waist to mark the waist. Then take the string of and measure the length with a measuring tape.
- Hips—Put your legs together and measure around the widest point of your hip area. Be sure to keep the tape level!
- Leg length - for this measurement, take a pair of pants that fit you well. Lay them flat and measure the inner leg length - from the top to the cuff.
- Body length – body length is measured from the bottom of your neck (shoulder level, the hill of the bone there) . Please note that all the lengths specified throughout our shop are for the middle size, smaller sizes will be a little shorter and larger a little longer.

3. Pricing
3.1 All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates. We reserve the right to express the price exclusive of VAT, but we shall show VAT separately and include it in the total price.
3.2 Our prices are reviewed periodically and any changes will be implemented into our website at our discretion – your order confirmation will however confirm the final and total value/price of your purchase.
4. Cancellation and returns policy
4.1 if You wish to cancel your order:
(a) you can notify us by email before we have dispatched the goods to you;
(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 4.2 below.
4.2 You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 28 days of receipt for a refund of goods you purchased from us. The delivery costs of your order and cost of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. Items must be returned to us by "Recorded Delivery" so they can be signed for.
4.3 Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a refund of the amount paid for the goods or an exchange credit as required.
4.4 The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 4.3 will not apply in the following circumstances:
(a) in the event that the product has been used;
(b) to any products that we have made or customized specifically for you.
The provisions of this clause 4.4 do not affect your statutory rights.
4.5 If the goods are damaged, faulty on arrival or we sent you incorrect order and you contacted us within 48 hours replacement of the goods will be arranged or full refund will be issued (in this case we will also refund delivery costs of your order and cost of returning goods).
